About the Programme

The Department of Languages, Faculty of Liberal Studies, REVA University is organizing a Five-Day Faculty Development Programme on "Digital Humanities in the Era of AI: Discourse and Praxis." The programme explores the intersection of Digital Humanities and Artificial Intelligence, focusing on literary studies, language technologies, digital archives, machine translation, cultural analytics, AI-assisted research, ethics, academic integrity, and interdisciplinary research practices.

Objectives

• Introduce participants to Digital Humanities and Artificial Intelligence.
• Promote interdisciplinary research and collaboration.
• Develop digital research skills for humanities scholars.
• Discuss ethics, bias, authorship and academic integrity in AI.
• Prepare educators for emerging digital teaching and research practices.
