This Faculty Development Programme focuses on the relationship between psychology, financial decisions and market behaviour. It introduces participants to behavioural approaches that can complement conventional finance theories and help explain real-world financial decisions.
The programme is designed around practical learning, research, market behaviour, investment decisions and application-oriented understanding of behavioural finance.

Participants are required to maintain the prescribed attendance and complete the assessment and programme activities to qualify for the certificate.
Minimum 80% attendance is essential, along with the prescribed performance requirements.
No registration fee for participants.
Participation is limited to a maximum of 50 candidates.
Identity Card and NOC from the approving authority are required for registration.
Selection is based on first-cum-first-serve basis and confirmation is communicated to selected candidates.
