Academic Writing, Research Methods, and AI Tools

This workshop focuses on academic writing and research training in the humanities and social sciences. It covers academic writing, research ethics, literature review, research approaches and methods, reference management, and the responsible use of AI tools.

1. Structure an academic argument with clarity expected in scholarly writing.
2. Read scholarship as a field of debate and identify a research gap.
3. Match a research question with an appropriate research approach and method.
4. Build and maintain a reference library and use AI tools for discovery and language support responsibly.

Participation is free.
