Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Master's Degree in the concerned subject or an allied subject with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade).
- NET/SLET/SET qualification conducted by UGC or as per UP Government rules.
- Candidates having a Ph.D. in the concerned/allied subject may be exempted from NET/SLET/SET as per applicable UGC regulations.
- 5% marks relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates as per UP Government rules.
Age Limit
Maximum 62 years as on 01 July 2026.
Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of Uttar Pradesh rules.

Selection Process
- Selection will be based on Written Examination and Interview.
- Written Examination: 360 Marks
- Interview: 40 Marks
- Total: 400 Marks
- Final merit will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the written examination and interview as per Commission rules.
