About the Opportunity

The National Testing Agency (NTA), an autonomous organisation under the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Government of India, is looking to engage Young Professionals to strengthen its academic, legal and financial functions.

Academic Research: Examination trends, candidate-performance analysis, assessment resources, literature reviews and research briefs.
Legal Research: Legal research, case-law analysis, drafting support, regulatory matters and briefing assistance.
Finance & Accounts: Budgeting, financial planning, cost analysis, audit support and financial compliance-related work.

Eligibility Snapshot

Engagement Details

💰 Remuneration ₹80,000 per month
📅 Initial Duration 24 months
🔄 Extension Up to 36 months, subject to conditions
📍 Work Location NTA premises, Delhi
🕐 Working Pattern Full-time, five days a week

Selection Process

  1. NTA will shortlist candidates based on eligibility and profile suitability.
  2. Shortlisted candidates may be invited for an interview.
  3. The interview may take place physically or through video conference.
  4. NTA may also conduct a written test or task-based assessment.
  5. Final selection will be made at the discretion of NTA.
