About the Opportunity
The National Testing Agency (NTA), an autonomous organisation
under the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education,
Government of India, is looking to engage Young Professionals
to strengthen its academic, legal and financial functions.

Key Work Areas
Academic Research:
Examination trends, candidate-performance analysis,
assessment resources, literature reviews and research briefs.
Legal Research:
Legal research, case-law analysis, drafting support,
regulatory matters and briefing assistance.
Finance & Accounts:
Budgeting, financial planning, cost analysis, audit support
and financial compliance-related work.
Eligibility Snapshot

UPSC Pratibha Setu Portal.

Academic Research candidates should have a relevant
postgraduate qualification; doctoral qualification is
preferred.

Legal Research candidates require a Master's degree in Law
along with the specified CSE/Pratibha Setu requirements.

Finance & Accounts candidates should have relevant
postgraduate qualifications or professional credentials
in the specified areas.

Engagement Details

Selection Process
- NTA will shortlist candidates based on eligibility and profile suitability.
- Shortlisted candidates may be invited for an interview.
- The interview may take place physically or through video conference.
- NTA may also conduct a written test or task-based assessment.
- Final selection will be made at the discretion of NTA.
Important Points
- The engagement is contractual and does not provide a claim to a permanent Government post.
- Selected professionals will be required to maintain confidentiality.
- A Non-Disclosure Agreement will be signed at the time of joining.
- Performance will be reviewed during the engagement period.
- Travel, when required for official work, will be handled according to NTA norms.
